About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design across the whole platform for admin and learner experiences
Improve focused UI and interaction areas
Design complex workflow-heavy flows and AI-enabled experiences
Contribute to shared patterns and the design system
Identify gaps and opportunities and move worthwhile improvements forward
Create clarity when context is incomplete
Exercise judgment about when to challenge, simplify, continue, or stop
Use AI to explore, prototype, learn unfamiliar areas, test and critique ideas, and automate low-value tasks
Explain AI contributions, rejected outputs, and final design decisions
Work closely with Product Managers, engineers, instructional designers, and Product Designers
Stay involved until delivered work functions effectively
Report directly to the Head of Product Design
Contribute distinctive ideas and strengths to the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Roughly 3 or more years of professional product design experience; evidence is valued more than exact years
Portfolio required, showing strong work, ownership, rationale, outcomes, and AI contributions where applicable
Strong English required; English is the daily working language
Must already have the legal right to work remotely from the country of residence, subject to LearnWorlds' hiring eligibility requirements
No relocation or visa sponsorship available
Practical exercises are part of the hiring process
Strong product and UI craft
Ability to take work from problem to delivery
Ideally, professional experience designing SaaS, B2B, or other complex digital products
Comfortable with changing priorities
Clear communication and autonomous working ability
Ability to drive initiatives forward
Ability to use existing patterns appropriately and identify when they need to change
Ability to use AI throughout the design process while applying independent judgment
