About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strategically develop and manage the sales organization after onboarding
- Develop new ideas, scalable sales models, and partnerships
- Lead and expand the New Business Management, Customer Success Management, and Tender Management functions
- Equip teams with modern, future-ready sales methods
- Transform and optimize sales processes through sales tech tools, workflows, and automation
- Evaluate and implement AI-powered approaches for lead scoring, personalization, and pipeline management
- Develop and manage data-driven sales controlling based on relevant KPIs
- Maintain and expand strategic sales partnerships
- Acquire new partnerships and optimize channels for direct lead generation
- Take overall responsibility for planning, monitoring, and managing the sales budget
- Manage data-driven revenue and forecasting processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of B2B sales experience in a senior sales leadership position
- Ideally, experience in bicycle leasing or related fields such as employee benefits, FinTech, or financial services
- Extensive experience managing sales processes digitally
- Practical expertise in sales automation, CRM architectures, and the operational use of AI tools
- Experience leading teams both professionally and personally
- Strong affinity for numbers, including budgets, forecasts, and KPI reporting
- Direct reporting line to the executive management team
- Experience building strategic partnerships
- Thorough understanding of marketplace and platform systems
- Strong awareness of market developments and experience conducting competitive analyses
- Willingness to travel regularly within Germany and internationally
- Willingness to work 2–3 days per week at the company’s location in Cloppenburg
