About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Sales team with all administrative tasks
- Prepare quotes and customer-specific documentation
- Communicate with customers by phone and in writing in German and English
- Manage the chat and maintain tickets and inquiries
- Work closely with Sales, Technical, and Customer Care teams
- Provide reports and analyses
- Maintain customer data, reports, and relevant documentation

Requirements
What you’ll need- Initial experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Back Office, or a similar role
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a high level of independence
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact by phone, in writing, and via chat
- Professional, friendly manner and a solution-oriented approach to work
- Technical aptitude or an interest in hosting and cloud topics (not required, but a plus)
