About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Champion and uphold Ledcor’s safety-first culture and ensure safety and environmental standards are met or exceeded on telecom construction sites
  • Lead planning and execution of large-scale telecommunications projects, including fiber deployments, small cell installations, and wireless tower builds
  • Manage risk management, permitting, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead identification and pursuit of new telecom project opportunities
  • Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using industry-standard tools and methodologies
  • Lead implementation of the Project Quality Plan and ensure compliance with telecom construction standards and specifications
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Negotiate contract execution and change order management
  • Establish and manage project systems, including cost tracking, reporting, and documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of telecom or utility construction project management experience
  • Proven track record of leading large, complex infrastructure builds
  • Education in Construction Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of telecom construction methods, permitting processes, and industry standards, including NESC, NEC, and local codes
  • Ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience with contract negotiation, cost control, and scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera is a plus
  • Must be able to show proof of eligibility to work in the United States
