Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience working as a Software Engineer
  • Comfortable building and shipping production-quality features across the stack
  • Ability to learn complex domains and turn them into simple, maintainable product experiences
  • Care about clean, tested, readable code and thoughtful collaboration
  • Curiosity about equity, financial workflows, and their real-world impact
  • Willingness to grow technical judgement through code reviews, pairing, and architecture discussions
  • Ability to take ownership while asking for input early when trade-offs are unclear
  • Experience with or ability to work across TypeScript, React, Tailwind CSS, tRPC, Node.js, MongoDB, Temporal, GCP, Terraform Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, and GitHub Actions is relevant; proficiency in this specific stack is not expected
