About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support production planning and materials management activities
- Maintain SAP transactions, including SAP PP and MM module transactions
- Create production orders in SAP
- Confirm daily finished products against output
- Input activity time of production orders
- Maintain material settings in SAP
- Prepare monthly operational reports using operational data
- Coordinate with HQ, Logistics, and Procurement teams for raw material and packaging material incoming and transfer arrangements
- Monitor and replenish raw material and packaging material inventories
- Analyze and create critical materials inventory alert, aging, and slow-moving reports
- Input and analyze semi-annual stock count data
- Coordinate digitalized production paperwork and AI projects for material planning
- Support the PMC Manager with operational tasks
- Help ensure timely material availability, inventory accuracy, and efficient manufacturing operations
- Support digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience working with large datasets
- Experience using Power BI
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and VLOOKUPs
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
