About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather requirements from clinical, care delivery, scientific, and administrative teams and translate them into a prioritized backlog, acceptance criteria, and domain-specific data roadmaps
- Lead agile planning, refinement, review, and retrospective ceremonies
- Ensure the data team’s delivery flow using Scrum or Kanban
- Standardize the definition of care delivery, operational, and quality indicators across hospitals
- Define and track data product KPIs
- Review results with sponsors, unit managers, and committees
- Bridge clinical and technical language
- Support the semantic modeling of medical concepts, oncology protocols, metrics, and indicators
- Engage Data Owners and Data Stewards
- Support data literacy initiatives and data quality improvement plans
- Specify data products and analytical dashboards
- Validate deliverables with users before release
- Support data integration for acquired units and interoperability among clinical systems, electronic health records, and the corporate platform
- Support data requirements for clinical research, education, and integration between hospital operations and the health insurance business
- Ensure regulatory requirements are met and sensitive patient data is protected in compliance with Brazil’s LGPD
- Report status, risks, and outcomes to leadership and data committees
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Experience in data product management and agile methodologies required
- Strong communication skills to liaise with technical teams and other business areas
- Experience with agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban
- Experience with Miro, Trello, or Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of management tools, including Power BI and JIRA
- Ability to conduct product analyses
- Analytical, entrepreneurial, innovative, and organized profile, with a results-oriented mindset
- Experience managing data projects, including BI, Big Data, Data Warehousing, and Data Governance
