About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the IT Governance team in analytics initiatives and the development of a data-driven culture
  • Transform data from multiple sources into high-performance executive, tactical, and operational dashboards
  • Develop high-performance executive, tactical, and operational dashboards
  • Connect and structure data from multiple sources, including APIs, SQL Server, and Data Lakes
  • Define KPIs and metrics aligned with business objectives
  • Ensure UX/UI best practices in data visualization
  • Implement BI governance, security, and documentation standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years of solid experience with Microsoft Power BI, including the development of executive, tactical, and operational dashboards
  • Advanced knowledge of DAX and dimensional modeling
  • Proficiency in SQL for handling large volumes of data
  • Experience with Power Query (M) and ETL processes
  • Bring a completed demo of a P&L dashboard built in Power BI to the interview
  • Microsoft PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst) certification — a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse — a plus
  • Experience with Power Automate or other process automation tools — a plus
  • Clear communication skills to translate data into business decisions for non-technical audiences
  • Strong commitment to BI governance, security, and documentation standards
  • Collaboration with governance teams and business areas to define metrics
