About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Embed directly with strategic enterprise customers to drive AI adoption in HR, IT, and Operations
Gather client requirements, design integration blueprints, align stakeholders, and build production systems
Configure the Leena AI platform and connect enterprise systems
Prototype custom integrations, API connectors, and workflow automation in Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript
Build and configure AI Colleagues, Agent Operating Procedures, and Skills in client environments
Navigate SSO/SAML/OIDC, legacy HRIS, data residency, and IT security constraints
Author Solution Design Documents and identify scope gaps or technical blockers
Coordinate internal engineering resources to address non-standard requirements
Own the two-week post-go-live hypercare period and resolve production issues
Configure integrations with HRIS, ITSM, payroll, and directory systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and Leena AI connectors
Configure OAuth 2.0, SAML, and API key authentication flows
Build and validate internal and client UAT test cases
Debug API errors, integration failures, and platform configuration issues
Serve as senior technical point of contact for enterprise clients during implementations
Participate in steering committees, technical working sessions, and pre-call readiness reviews
Provide technical escalation support to the Professional Services team
Communicate risks, dependencies, and blockers to project managers and leadership
Codify reusable integration patterns, templates, connector configurations, and documentation
Contribute to AIC lifecycle documentation and platform backend training materials
Provide platform feasibility feedback to Solutions Consultants
Contribute at least three reusable knowledge assets per quarter to the Professional Services knowledge base

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years in a customer-facing engineering, professional services, or forward deployed role
Proven track record of deploying production-grade software inside enterprise client environments, not just in sandboxes
Strong proficiency in Python and comfort writing production-quality code under real-world time constraints
Deep experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth 2.0, SAML/SSO, and enterprise integration patterns
Hands-on experience with enterprise HR or IT systems: Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle PeopleSoft, UKG, SuccessFactors, or similar
Ability to navigate ambiguous, fast-moving situations and deliver outcomes without perfect requirements
Executive presence and confidence leading technical discussions with CIOs, IT Security teams, and senior enterprise stakeholders
Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth SaaS environment where you built structure from ambiguity
Maintain current knowledge of enterprise AI deployment patterns, LLM capabilities, agentic frameworks, and integration tooling
Experience deploying AI/LLM-based products, agentic orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI), or RAG-based knowledge systems
Background in HR tech, ITSM optimization, or enterprise automation consulting
Familiarity with Leena AI’s platform including AIC, AOPs, Skills, and the Flow Dashboard
Experience building or contributing to implementation playbooks and reusable delivery frameworks
Track record of mentoring junior engineers or SCs on technical concepts
