About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct virtual consultations with patients to assess their medical history, symptoms, and overall health
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions through telehealth services
- Prescribe medications and provide treatment plans for patients as needed
- Collaborate with chiropractors and other healthcare providers to develop and implement integrated care plans
- Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care measures

Requirements
What you’ll need- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New York
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care or telehealth setting
- Strong understanding of telehealth technology and its application in healthcare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
- Availability to work part-time, including some evenings and weekends as needed
