About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, implement, and maintain Artificial Intelligence solutions, including generative AI, machine learning, and intelligent agents.
- Design and integrate agents, APIs, and AI workflows using Microsoft Foundry and other platforms.
- Lead end-to-end AI projects, from needs assessment through solution deployment and ongoing enhancement.
- Develop data collection, preparation, and processing pipelines for AI applications.
- Ensure quality, security, performance, and reliability through testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a technical and consulting reference, working in partnership with Legal/BS Engineers, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities, deliver training, and monitor adoption and productivity metrics for the solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience developing and integrating generative AI, machine learning, and intelligent agent solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Python, software engineering, and application development.
- Experience with LLMs, AI APIs, prompt engineering, and integration with enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of RAG architectures, semantic search, vector databases, and Azure AI Search.
- Experience with SQL, REST APIs, and structured and unstructured data processing.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and best practices for testing, security, and monitoring.
- Preferred: experience with Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and platforms such as GPT and Claude.
- Preferred: knowledge of agent frameworks, orchestration, and integrations via MCP.
- Preferred: knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps, model evaluation, and fine-tuning.
- Preferred: familiarity with Azure, Databricks, Fabric, and AI solutions applied to the legal sector.
