About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and develop data professionals, monitoring team performance, deliverables, priorities, and technical growth
- Coordinate the evolution of the data architecture and platform, ensuring scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions
- Define standards and best practices for data ingestion, transformation, modeling, integration, delivery, and consumption
- Provide technical guidance to Data Engineering and BI teams, supporting decisions regarding architecture, pipelines, data models, and Power BI solutions
- Establish and enhance governance practices, including data quality, documentation, cataloging, lineage, security, and data lifecycle management
- Ensure best practices in development, version control, CI/CD, monitoring, and solution support
- Manage data demands and initiatives, organizing priorities, tracking deliverables, and helping resolve blockers
- Work closely with business and technology teams, translating needs into sustainable and scalable data solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience managing and developing data professionals
- Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, SQL, and relational and dimensional data modeling
- Solid experience with Power BI, including modeling, DAX, and analytical solution development
- Experience with modern data architectures, such as Data Lakes and Lakehouses
- Experience with Microsoft Azure data services, such as Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, or equivalent technologies
- Knowledge of data governance, quality, security, cataloging, and lineage
- Ability to collaborate with business and technology teams
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, and Power BI integration
- Experience with Microsoft Purview or other data governance solutions
- Knowledge of Medallion Architecture, Data Products, and FinOps
- Experience integrating APIs, databases, systems, and cloud environments
- Microsoft certifications related to Fabric, Azure, or Power BI
- Intermediate or advanced English proficiency
