Requirements
What you’ll need- Law degree
- Experience with publicly traded companies is preferred and considered a plus
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Fluent English
- Experience with various corporate actions and resolutions (EGM, minutes of shareholders’ meetings, and Board of Directors’ meetings)
- Experience drafting share/unit purchase and sale agreements
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Itaim Bibi, São Paulo
