About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare, maintain and review development feasibilities, cash flow models and scenario analysis
- Support investment and development decisions
- Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, including investor reports, budgets and reforecasts
- Partner with Development, Funds Management and Finance teams to evaluate development opportunities, leasing outcomes and project performance
- Manage and enhance development databases, financial models and reporting tools
- Improve data quality and decision-making
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and use technology, automation and AI tools to improve efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree qualified in Property, Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline
- 2+ years' relevant experience
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel capability
- Exposure to property or real estate data
- Ability to interpret and present complex financial and market information
- Commercial acumen
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Curious and proactive mindset
- Interest in continuous improvement, technology and AI-enabled ways of working
