About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide BAU support to end users in Yardi Voyager and Elevate across multiple regions
Act as the main interface between business teams and relevant technical resources
Support and maintain business systems, including user management, queries, and application support
Elicit and document requirements from business stakeholders
Develop functional and technical requirements, including acceptance criteria
Coordinate testing to determine solution effectiveness
Prepare documentation and train end users
Help identify bugs reported by end users and raise support cases
Provide process and technical expertise for ongoing Group Technology optimisation projects
Report to the Director, Enterprise Applications

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years Yardi Voyager experience in a Business Analyst or a Systems Orientated role
Solid Excel Skills
Experience in system implementation and maintenance
High attention to detail
Strong ability to understand business and system processes
Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsets
Ability to use initiative, work without supervision, and assume responsibility for task completion
Proactive approach to improving processes and procedures
Accounting/Finance qualification or experience in a related role is desirable
Property industry experience is advantageous
Understanding of databases or common query languages (SQL) is desirable
Japanese or Korean language skills are advantageous
