About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide rehabilitative services to senior patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team

Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in area of discipline
- Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills
- Computer proficiency
- Provide rehabilitative services under specific medical orders
- Plan treatment programs based on clinical findings
- Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate patient care
