About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build training and enablement content for customers and go-to-market teams
- Work directly with in-house legal teams to understand workflows and translate them into practical AI solutions
- Create prompts, playbooks, agents, and automations for contracting, counseling, and governance
- Develop sample workflows and documents from intake through review and final agreement
- Curate a library of high-impact prompts, playbooks, and automations
- Partner with customers on contract review and management, negotiation, counseling, and compliance workflows
- Support customers post-launch alongside the customer success team
- Lead workshops and training sessions for customers and internal go-to-market teams
- Demonstrate LegalOn’s value through tailored pitches and demos as a subject matter expert alongside sales
- Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering and influence product planning and priorities
- Use LegalOn internally as part of the company’s own legal team and turn learnings into customer guidance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience practicing law
- At least 1 year in-house, in legal ops, or in legal solutions helping in-house teams
- Experience using AI for legal work and implementing it on a team
- Ability to learn quickly, think critically, and apply knowledge creatively
- Hands-on experience with legal tech tools, such as CLM, automation, or other legal software
- Excellent client-facing skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States
- Legal education or bar admission is not explicitly stated as a requirement
- Preferred: experience designing or teaching training programs, workshops, or courses
- Preferred: familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM-powered tools, or workflow automation
