About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own how Finance, Legal, Business Ops, People and Talent teams use AI day to day
Work with team leads and local stakeholders to map workflows and prioritize AI and automation opportunities by hours released and business value
Design and build practical agents and workflows
Coach teams to build simpler solutions themselves
Partner with Engineering on larger or production-grade builds while retaining business ownership
Test solutions and connect them to approved tools and systems before launch
Own live agents end to end, including documentation, monitoring, security and maintenance
Assign human reviewers where outputs matter
Ensure agents in the SOX environment follow change control, access controls and audit-trail requirements
Maintain an agent register covering owner, purpose, access, cost and performance
Retire agents that do not provide sufficient value
Introduce AI into HR and recruiting workflows with People and Talent teams
Drive adoption and report hours released against an agreed baseline
Report directly to the COO

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven delivery of AI agents, automations or workflow solutions in live business use beyond prototype, with measurable results
Ability to build simple AI and automation solutions independently and brief Engineering clearly on larger builds
Ability to map workflows, identify waste and improve processes before selecting AI solutions
Sound judgment regarding data, access, accuracy, human review and ongoing maintenance
Comfort working within approved tools and security rules
Clear communication with non-technical colleagues and senior stakeholders
Ability to win adoption without formal authority
End-to-end ownership, fast iteration and evidence of improved business outcomes
Hands-on experience with Claude, n8n or similar platforms useful
