About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Turn business problems into AI solutions by identifying operational challenges, pain points, and opportunities
- Design and build AI agents, including agent behaviours, workflows, prompts, logic, integrations, and configurations
- Lead discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production readiness end-to-end
- Build automated workflows connecting agents with systems, APIs, data, and processes
- Prototype, test, gather feedback, and continuously refine solutions
- Operationalise solutions with documentation, controls, monitoring, and support processes
- Own the ongoing configuration and maintenance of agents in production
- Partner with teams across Legend to identify opportunities and take solutions from concept to everyday use
- Own performance and continuous improvement of launched solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience building AI tools or introducing automation tools, ideally into operational teams
- Strong change management experience
- Demonstrable experience turning a business concept into a tangible solution that improves productivity
