About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Carry a quota for provider referral partnerships and referral volume in the Dallas territory
- Self-source prospects, build the business case with practice decision-makers, and close partnerships
- Maintain accurate pipelines and account activity in the CRM
- Spend most of the week meeting physicians, medical assistants, office managers, and administrators in the field
- Conduct virtual outreach and follow-up
- Represent Legion Health and explain its AI-enabled psychiatric care model
- Map practice decision-makers and build multi-threaded relationships
- Educate providers about Legion’s model and accessible psychiatric care
- Establish clean handoffs so referrals convert into scheduled visits
- Feed field insights into messaging, targeting, and the sales playbook
- Partner with leadership on territory design, targeting, and processes
- Collaborate with peers across territories to share effective practices and troubleshoot objections
- Help build Legion Health’s provider referral engine
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years carrying and hitting a quota in a field-based or B2B2C role
- Healthcare, medical device, or pharma referral sales strongly preferred
- Experience with clinical and administrative buyers
- Ability to build physician rapport and develop partnerships
- Strength selling in person
- Highly organized and analytical; comfortable owning a quota and using pipeline data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tooling
- Existing provider referral network relationships are a plus, but not required
- Must live in Texas, as indicated by the application question asking what part of Texas the applicant lives in
- Willingness to work well beyond a traditional 9–5
- Willingness to take ownership and get hands-on when needed
