About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own provider referral partnerships and referral volume across the Dallas–Fort Worth territory
  • Carry and manage a quota for provider partnerships and referral volume
  • Self-source prospects, develop partnership cases, and close deals
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and account activity records in the CRM
  • Spend most of the week in the field meeting physicians, medical assistants, office managers, and administrators
  • Conduct virtual outreach and follow-up
  • Represent Legion Health and explain its AI-enabled psychiatric care model to clinical and administrative customers
  • Map practice decision-makers and build multi-threaded relationships
  • Educate providers about Legion’s model and the impact of accessible psychiatric care
  • Establish clean handoffs so patient referrals convert into scheduled visits
  • Feed field insights into messaging, targeting, and the sales playbook
  • Partner with leadership on territory design, targeting, and process
  • Collaborate across territories to share successful approaches and troubleshoot objections

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years carrying and hitting a quota in a field-based or B2B2C role
  • Healthcare, medical device, or pharma referral sales strongly preferred
  • Experience with clinical and administrative buyers
  • Ability to build physician rapport and move conversations toward partnerships
  • Strength selling in person
  • Highly organized and analytical; comfortable owning a quota and analyzing pipeline data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tooling
  • Existing provider referral network relationships are a plus, but not required
  • Must live in the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas territory
  • Willingness to work well beyond a traditional 9–5
  • Willingness to work hands-on when needed
  • U.S. work authorization/immigration support requirements addressed in application
