About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate business needs into clear, actionable business requirements
- Engage stakeholders across architecture, clients, project management, testing and development
- Elicit, analyse, break down and maintain requirements backlogs using platforms such as Azure DevOps
- Influence and drive direction in discussions and workshops
- Run and organise daily and larger Agile ceremonies
- Work independently and proactively in ambiguous environments
- Negotiate and solve problems to align stakeholders on positive outcomes
- Support initiatives connected to the Australian Digital Health Agency’s digital health environment
- Contribute to secure, connected and interoperable healthcare services across Australia
- Produce requirements and user stories and manage review, approval and traceability processes
- Conduct impact analysis and manage risks, assumptions and dependencies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Agile certification
- Extensive experience leading requirements in complex technology environments
- Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and governance forums
- Experience coaching embedded analysts/systems engineers
- Strong track record producing clear, testable requirements and user stories
- Experience running review and approval processes
- Experience maintaining end-to-end traceability in Jira
- Proven impact analysis across systems, data, processes, operations and security
- Effective management of risks, assumptions and dependencies
- Ability to define measurable, testable non-functional requirements
- Australian Citizen
- Minimum Baseline level clearance
- Applicants may need to meet ITAR requirements
