About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Enhance and integrate reporting tools, automation, and AI
  • Maintain and enhance internally developed tools
  • Develop or support tools that analyze data to identify similar or analogous tasks
  • Conduct targeted research on technical services to support automation
  • Work directly with MC&O leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance and integrate internal tools, streamline workflows, and leverage AI to automate manual processes where applicable

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas and macros
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, self-assign work, and operate in a fast-paced proposal environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • US citizenship
  • Able to obtain and/or maintain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance as a condition of employment
  • Experience with JavaScript, Visual Basic/VBA, and/or Python (preferred)
  • Experience applying AI or generative AI tools to business or analytical problems (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, SharePoint, or similar platforms (preferred)
  • Experience working with automation tools, data repositories, or legacy systems (preferred)
  • Ability to remain upbeat, positive, and constructive under high-pressure deadlines (preferred)
