About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in a small, close-knit crew environment
  • Provide technical expertise supporting Air Force mission requirements
  • Leverage military collection and sensor operator experience to develop mission task lists supporting intelligence requirements
  • Work alongside payload operators to maximize capabilities and meet collection requirements
  • Coordinate ISR collection requirements
  • Ensure intelligence data is properly disseminated within the supported command/organization
  • Design, maintain, and update collection plans
  • Interface with Collection and Requirements Managers across higher, lateral, and subordinate commands/organizations
  • Conduct presentations and briefings when required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • TOP SECRET / SCI clearance is required
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience
  • Ability to function within a small team of military and civilian analysts
  • Ability to coordinate ISR collection requirements and ensure intelligence data is properly disseminated
  • Experience working directly with various payloads in an ISR capacity
  • Experience designing, maintaining, and updating collection plans based on Commander's Priority Intelligence Requirements
  • Experience interfacing with higher, lateral, and subordinate commands’/organizations' Collection and Requirements Managers
  • Ability to answer intelligence-related Requests for Information (RFIs) and de-conflict or collaborate on AOR requirements and reporting
  • Ability to conduct presentations and briefings when required
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
  • Firm grasp of Crew Resource Management skills
