Provide governance, contracts proposal leadership, contract administration, compliance oversight, customer relationship management, and contract risk management across a portfolio of national security programs
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions supporting national security interests
Manage risk through compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and customer requirements
Support mission-critical programs impacting national security and intelligence operations
Accelerate business growth through strategic customer engagement, opportunity shaping, and complex contract negotiations
Serve as a trusted strategic partner to internal stakeholders and cross-functional leaders
Provide expert guidance, resolve contract challenges, and strengthen decision-making
Leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to improve contract processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 6+ years of experience
Deep knowledge of government contracts, subcontracts, and proposal support
Ability to make sound business judgments, handle multiple contractual activities with short turnaround times, and work independently and as part of a team
Expert-level skills in complex terms and conditions negotiations
Working expertise in FAR/DFAR, OTAs, CRADAs, and commercial agreements
Active Top Secret/SCI with polygraph required
Intelligence Community acquisitions expertise preferred
Formal contracting certifications preferred
Large capture team experience preferred
AI implementation experience in contract processes preferred
Government or corporate procurement background preferred
Must be comfortable working at a customer site a minimum of two (2) days a week and traveling to meetings as needed
