About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide program leadership to NASA for a complex enterprise IT services program
  • Assist the Program Manager with financial, service delivery, customer satisfaction, and growth objectives
  • Lead engineering across data centers, cloud, networking, VoIP, cybersecurity, and collaboration services
  • Assess enterprise system baselines and recommend modernization improvements
  • Translate NASA OCIO and Office of Engineering objectives into engineering priorities, plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes
  • Lead Collaboration Services and Specialized Services Portfolio Managers
  • Foster innovation, learning, accountability, collaboration, and ethical professional behavior
  • Mentor leaders on career growth, skills, and technical decision-making
  • Build relationships with senior NASA and Leidos leadership
  • Support program governance, including status, schedules, dependencies, risks, constraints, and decisions
  • Identify, prioritize, escalate, and resolve risks and issues
  • Support integration with Leidos corporate business rhythms, including MORs, IPRs, Financial Risk & Ops Reviews, and Annual Operating Plans
  • Facilitate internal program business rhythms and stand in for the Program Manager at COR, CO, Center CIO, and Service Line Leadership integration points

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of prior relevant experience or Master's and 10+ years of prior relevant experience
  • At least 7 years of experience with the management, manpower utilization, and supervision of employees, including subcontractors, across various labor categories and skills in projects
  • Proven Program Management experience across CPAF and FFP contracts, including contract deliverables, budgets, and customer satisfaction
  • Proven experience interacting with senior-level customers (SES and above)
  • Experience capturing on-contract growth
  • Experience managing IT contracts with focus on Customer Relationship Management across multiple stakeholder communities
  • Demonstrated success building relationships with customers and teammates
  • Ability to effectively communicate when briefing Leidos and NASA senior leadership
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance ranging from Public Trust to Top Secret, as required
