About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the project manager in engineering project management efforts across multiple engineering projects
Assist with change requests and maintenance window planning across engineering projects
Assist with network Point Of Contact (POC) coordination
Provide Jira task management support to the project manager
Assist SME teams with Contract Deliverables (CDRLs) preparation and uploads
Organize and triage issues for SME teams
Assist with coordination and communication for engineering testing activities
Rotate through engineering support duties covering design, test, migration, and operations phases

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a degree program from an accredited college/university
Business Management, Project Management, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
Strong interest in project management, systems engineering, or computer science
Familiarity using Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Excel, Teams, or the Power Platform; academic or personal experience is acceptable
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Keen attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment
Ability to manage multiple technical tasks simultaneously
Must be a U.S. citizen
A Secret security clearance is required to start
Must be based in the United States
Reliable internet connection to support remote work and video conferencing capabilities
