About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the engineering team with application troubleshooting.
- Assist with software packaging, including testing and deployment.
- Help document root causes of IT issues.
- Participate in troubleshooting sessions to help resolve system issues.
- Draft technical documents explaining the IT environment.
- Monitor system state of health and take action to resolve issues.
- Document installation steps, create knowledge base articles, and collect test results from users.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- US Citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to multitask and function in a quick-paced environment.
- Broad technical background.
- CompTIA A+ Certification (preferred).
- Past experience with ATF (preferred).
- Experience providing IT support for law enforcement operations (preferred).
