About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gather, consolidate, and prepare metrics and required reporting data for monthly status reports, usage reports, case data reports, Call Center reports, and quarterly performance plan updates
  • Compile and analyze data for Government monthly status reports and ad hoc reporting requirements
  • Provide data analysis related to utilization of EAP services and program resources to support operational decision-making
  • Generate regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports aligned with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics
  • Develop and implement data quality checks to ensure reporting data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
  • Identify data discrepancies or inaccuracies and escalate issues for resolution
  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, gaps, and continuous-improvement opportunities
  • Support record search and records release requests in accordance with program requirements
  • Assist with transition reporting activities to ensure continuity and accuracy of deliverables
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather reporting requirements and align with operational objectives
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of two years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
  • Experience in Behavioral Healthcare or a comparable Healthcare environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and analyze complex data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Experience with MySQL, MS SQL, or comparable database technologies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • U.S. citizenship and fluency in English required
  • Ability to successfully pass criminal history, fingerprint background checks, and credential verification required
  • Ability to maintain and retain suitability investigation and clearance as required
  • Proficient in navigating electronic systems, computer programs, and virtual service platforms
  • Separate, quiet, private, confidential space to work from
  • Access to reliable high-speed internet hard wired to the home via coax or fiber from the ISP; mobile-device tethering and wireless ISP are not acceptable
