  • Proven experience in volume recruitment sourcing within technology-based roles such as Systems/Infrastructure, Software/Development/Arch
  • Deep commercial practice supporting defence and national security environments
  • Proven capability in building positive relationships and delivering impactful outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Ability to implement effective talent acquisition solutions in a complex environment
  • Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-trust setting
  • Must be an Australian citizen
