About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain professional relationships with key personnel and managers to influence broad company strategies
- Input doctors’ prescription details, patient information, and due dates accurately into the system
- Assist and support the department in LabTrac and check dentists’ prescriptions for accuracy
- Keep the department organized and flag late cases
- Ensure compliance with client requests, lab procedure authorizations, quality standards, and company policies
- Prepare work for shipment after the QC process
- Pack and wrap outsourced cases ready for shipping
- Make non-technical calls to dentists’ offices to retrieve missing prescription information
- Process and input patient due dates to ensure on-time delivery and expedite cases through the lab
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of dental lab products, materials and techniques preferred
- Computer knowledge with ability to learn new programs quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to be flexible, shift priorities, and manage time effectively
- Background check required as part of the offer process
