About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain professional relationships with key personnel and managers to influence broad company strategies
  • Accurately input doctors’ prescription details, patient information, and due dates into the system
  • Assist and support the department with accuracy in LabTrac
  • Check the accuracy of dentists’ prescriptions
  • Keep the department organized and flag late cases
  • Ensure compliance with client requests, lab procedure authorizations, quality standards, and company policies
  • Prepare work for shipment after the QC process
  • Pack and wrap outsourced cases ready for shipping
  • Make non-technical phone calls to dentists’ offices to retrieve missing prescription information
  • Process and input patient due dates to ensure on-time delivery and expedite cases through the lab

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Knowledge of dental lab products, materials and techniques preferred
  • Computer knowledge with ability to learn new programs quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and accuracy
  • Ability to be flexible, shift priorities, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
  • Background check required as part of the hiring process
