About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and improve governance processes for third parties, partners, and operational oversight in a regulated environment
Identify repetitive manual work and fragmented workflows and improve them through process design, standardisation, AI-supported execution, and selective automation
Use AI tools for analysis, information structuring, questionnaire handling, documentation drafting, summarisation, reporting support, and follow-up preparation
Work with subject-matter experts to improve KPI, SLA, and monitoring approaches for internal and third-party services
Optimise KPI monitoring, service reporting, and governance transparency
Make recurring governance work more scalable, consistent, and less manual
Support reviews, reporting, meeting preparation, action tracking, and evidence collection
Support assessments, reviews, and due diligence for providers and partners
Maintain governance documentation, registers, supporting evidence, and process transparency for stakeholders, auditors, regulators, and partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong analytical skills
Ability to structure information, spot gaps, and turn observations into practical next steps
Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
Strong follow-up discipline
Pragmatic, hands-on mindset
Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work
Interest in reducing manual work through better workflows, tooling, and selective automation
Technical affinity sufficient to understand IT services, service levels, incidents, monitoring concepts, and operational dependencies
Clear communication skills in English
German is a plus
Ability to work with stakeholders across business, technology, and control functions
