About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage inbound loan opportunities across all loan sizes and loan products from referral partners, brokers, and marketing channels
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for partners and business owners during the intake and pre-submission process
  • Educate partners and business owners on Lendistry’s unique value proposition
  • Conduct initial deal screening for eligibility, structure, and basic credit fit
  • Collect, review, and organize borrower documentation, including financials, tax returns, and bank statements
  • Prepare and package complete loan files for submission to the Credit Team
  • Maintain consistent communication with partners and business owners to provide updates and move deals forward
  • Track and manage pipeline activity to ensure timely progression of opportunities
  • Input and maintain accurate data in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with credit, processing, and closing teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and operational efficiency
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in lending, banking, sales support, or financial services
  • Working knowledge of small business lending and loan structures (SBA experience preferred)
  • Ability to fully analyze, structure and package credit transactions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal teams and external partners
  • Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to move deals forward proactively
  • Ability to perform the essential physical functions of the position, including frequent sitting and occasional lifting of 20 lbs or less
