About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive consistent communications between planning, project accounting, and project management for consistent project material and depot repair unit support
- Perform material supply analysis, monitor, and recommend schedule improvements
- Consolidate demand for purchase requisitions
- Create purchase requisitions based on the Master Production Schedule
- Create reports for distribution to program office, customer visits, and management
- Monitor production status and manufacturing order completion dates for recommendations or adjustments
- Support floor part requests, cycle and physical inventory counts, KANBAN material, and shelf-life monitoring
- Support, communicate, and defend the mission, values, and culture of the company
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a 4-year bachelor's program in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration, or currently in an MBA program
- At least a 3.0 GPA
- Ability to work part-time with flexibility to accommodate class hours
- Flexibility and willingness to move between projects and tasks quickly and as needed
- Ability to listen to others and work well as part of a team
- Knowledge of office procedures
- Good writing and verbal skills
