About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supervise a team of engineers and ensure activity completion on time and within budget
  • Design, build, and test analog and mixed-signal devices, including amplifiers, filters, and ADCs
  • Contribute to RF requirements analysis, definition, and management
  • Conduct functional, performance, and interface analysis for RF components, equipment, and systems
  • Drive program design-to-cost and design-for-manufacture requirements
  • Communicate with company personnel and customers
  • Participate in proposal preparation
  • Supervise and direct assigned personnel
  • Attend engineering, customer, and business meetings
  • Manage and supervise a team of engineers
  • Support and reinforce the organization’s mission, values, and culture
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Active DOD security clearance or ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment
  • Experience or capability in design, build, and test of analog and mixed-signal devices such as amplifiers, filters, and ADCs
  • Knowledge of RF requirements analysis, definition, and management
  • Ability to conduct functional, performance, and interface analysis for RF components, equipment, and systems
  • Ability to supervise a technical group independently
  • Ability to manage budget, cost, and schedule input for design assignments
  • Clear written and oral communication skills
