About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain positive client relations to ensure superior client satisfaction
  • Receive and handle customer calls and email requests for services
  • Manage real-time inquiries while tracking and responding to commitments
  • Manage scheduling and completion of customer-assigned services, including complex project work
  • Maintain communication with affiliates according to contracts and agreed Scope of Work
  • Provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, written form, email, or in person
  • Serve as a point person for handoffs between shifts and/or offices
  • Foster a positive team environment
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of internal and external data
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and other assigned duties
  • Coach entry-level team members through job shadowing, on-the-job training, communication, and relationship development
  • Identify efficiencies and areas for individual team-member improvement
  • Provide Team Leads with regular updates on team members in training
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert and periodically review processes with clients and senior leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma required
  • Undergraduate degree / internship preferred
  • Previous experience 2-4 years in customer service call center environment essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Shift flexibility may be required
