About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research, from problem definition to actionable insights.
  • Participate in discovery alongside Product Owners, bringing hypotheses and evidence from the outset.

  • Present findings to leadership and influence the company’s roadmap and strategy.
  • Build and maintain a research repository so knowledge is not lost across squads.
  • Use AI to accelerate participant screening, transcription, research synthesis, and analysis.
  • Design flows and prototypes when the solution requires them, in partnership with the team’s other Product Designer.
  • Track product and behavioral metrics to close the loop between research and outcomes.
  • Champion accessibility and clarity in a product used by people during vulnerable moments.

  • Experience facilitating workshops and activities with cross-functional teams.

  • Self-directed and able to operate in a lean team, prioritizing depth where it matters and speed where possible.
