About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Procure materials and/or services;
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms for pricing, quality, payment terms, and delivery;
- Consolidate spend, quotation, and supplier performance data;
- Process data, update dashboards, and generate simple, actionable insights;
- Prepare RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs;
- Organize total cost of ownership (TCO) comparisons;
- Manage the contracting of technology services, including SAP S/4HANA services and systems integrators.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
- Previous experience—preferably at least 5 years—in technology procurement, working on projects with significant business impact;
- Solid knowledge of technical procurement concepts, including RFI, RFQ, RFP, and TCO;
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and process discipline;
- Fluent English, including reading, meetings, and documentation;
- Experience contracting technology services, specifically SAP S/4HANA services and systems integrators.
