About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Procures materials and/or services;
- Negotiates with suppliers to secure the best possible pricing, quality, payment terms, and delivery schedules;
- Consolidates spend, quotation, and supplier performance data;
- Processes data, updates dashboards, and generates simple, actionable insights;
- Prepares RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs and organizes total cost of ownership (TCO) comparisons, with support for sourcing and negotiations;
- Manages the contracting of technology services, including SAP S/4HANA and its systems integrators.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
- Previous experience—preferably at least five years—in technology procurement, working on projects with significant business impact;
- Strong knowledge of technical procurement concepts, including RFI, RFQ, RFP, and TCO;
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and process discipline;
- Fluent English for reading, meetings, and documentation;
- Experience contracting technology services, particularly SAP S/4HANA services and systems integrators.
