About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be part of a multi-functional team that covers client services, client success and analysis, setup, and maintenance of convertible bonds
- Complete the onboarding process within three months, including training about convertible bonds, financial markets, internal processes, products, services, and client support
- Acquire a deep understanding of the convertible bond asset class, structures, prospectus language, valuation models, and pricing impacts
- Contribute to data and research service activities following initial training
- Support clients in their use of Leversys products
- Ensure clients successfully use and get maximum value from products and services
- Help product development with ideas, requirements, specifications, and testing
- Expand knowledge into other asset classes and front-to-back functions
- Develop convertible bonds expertise, financial instruments and capital markets knowledge, client communication and engagement skills, and client relationships
- Continue career development within the client and data team or potentially transition into product ownership

- Demonstrable interest in the financial industry and technology
- Previous relevant experience is welcome, as are graduates with no prior experience
