About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and develop a high-performing Store Platform Engineering team
Drive engineering excellence, mentor talent, and support business priorities
Define and execute the roadmap for store technology platforms, including endpoint management, device lifecycle management, platform modernization, and global technology standards
Drive automation, self-service, and AI-enabled solutions to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and support experiences across the retail environment
Partner with Retail Operations, Product, Infrastructure, Security, Reliability Engineering, and other stakeholders
Deliver secure, reliable, and intuitive technology platforms supporting store associates and customer experiences globally
Establish engineering governance, vendor management practices, and platform standards
Improve reliability, consistency, and long-term operational performance
Report to the Senior Manager, SRE & Platform Engineering

Requirements

What you’ll need

10-12 years of experience in Platform Engineering, Endpoint Engineering, Retail Technology, or Enterprise Technology environments
Experience leading and developing technical engineering teams in large-scale, distributed environments
Strong expertise in endpoint management, device lifecycle management, and retail technology platforms
Experience delivering automation, self-service, platform modernization, and technology standardization initiatives
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
Engineering Leadership (Strategy, Delivery, Talent Development, Governance)
Endpoint & Device Engineering (Intune, Workspace ONE, SCCM, Endpoint Management)
Store Technology Platforms (POS, Store Systems, Retail Infrastructure)
