About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare patent application files for data conversion through proofreading, editing, and ensuring completion and sequencing of data.
- Verify receipt and check all pieces of image delivery.
- Complete electronic summary checklists.
- Electronically zone file segments including CWU with complexity, Artwork, Drawings, Text, CRC pages, and Unused data.
- Process patent applications by moving images into proper folders when required.
- Process problem files according to established procedures.
- Assist in training new employees and help resolve problems when appropriate.
- Meet or exceed established quantity and quality production metrics.
- Participate in continuous process improvement projects.
- Perform other job-related duties as required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school graduate or equivalent (GED) required.
- Detail oriented with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Good knowledge of computer applications (mouse, keyboard and windows application).
- Strong attention to and concern for detail.
- Problem solving ability.
- Ability to acquire and retain a vast amount of information.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Practices continuous self-development.
- Ability to make decisions and exercise good judgment.
- Ability to pass all pre-employment testing.
- Ability to replicate test document with source document by following instructions.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must successfully complete LN RT Verification process and BI Clearance.
- Must be available for the entirety of in-house training in our Horsham, PA facility.
- Must successfully complete all phases of training in Chemistry, Equations, or Tables.
