About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct data entry into company systems and file information using established procedures
- Work according to an assigned schedule
- File records or documents as instructed
- Input content into standard templates
- Collate materials and photocopy them
- Perform basic data entry tasks
- Verify receipt and check all pieces of image delivery
- Complete electronic summary check list
- Electronically zone file segments including CWU with complexity, Artwork, Drawings, Text, CRC pages and Unused data
- Process patent applications by moving images into proper folders when required
- Process problem files according to established procedures
- Assist in training new employees and contribute to resolving problems when appropriate
- Meet or exceed established quantity and quality production metrics
- Participate in continuous process improvement projects
- Perform other job-related duties as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school graduate or equivalent (GED) required
- Detail oriented with the ability to work in a team environment
- Good knowledge of computer applications (mouse, keyboard and windows application)
- Strong attention to and concern for detail
- Problem solving ability
- Ability to acquire and retain a vast amount of information
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Practices continuous self-development
- Ability to make decisions and exercise good judgment
- Ability to pass all pre-employment testing
- Ability to replicate test document with source document by following instructions
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must successfully complete LN RT Verification process and BI Clearance
- Candidates must be located in the Greater Philadelphia or Greater Pittsburgh areas
