About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive strategic sales enablement, commercial insights, and adoption of AI-enabled selling tools across the Large Law organization
- Lead adoption and strategic use of Internal AI GPTs and Gong, including metrics, training plans, enablement materials, and repeatable workflows
- Oversee rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of generative AI sales tools, including New OpenAI models, Databricks, Seismic Learning, and future platforms
- Design onboarding, training, feedback, and usage strategies that integrate tools into daily seller workflows
- Translate sales, marketing, and product data into actionable insights for sales execution, leadership decision-making, opportunity prioritization, and performance improvement
- Project-manage cross-functional initiatives, including in-product messaging, migrations, and time-sensitive commercial initiatives
- Facilitate team roundtables and maintain project-management trackers to drive accountability and leadership follow-through
- Triage product-related questions and issues, coordinate routing and resolution, and capture trends for enablement, product feedback, and process improvements
- Establish adoption, engagement, and business-impact metrics; share performance updates; and refine approaches based on results and field feedback
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- B2B SaaS experience required; legal-industry exposure preferred
- MBA and/or JD strongly preferred
- Experience in sales enablement, go-to-market strategy, sales operations, commercial strategy, or a related role within a complex B2B organization
- Proven ability to lead change initiatives involving sales technology, new workflows, and cross-functional process improvement
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate sales, marketing, product, and customer data into practical recommendations
- Hands-on experience with Gong or a comparable conversation-intelligence platform
- Familiarity with sales-engagement and AI-enabled sales tools preferred
- Excellent project-management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and develop executive-ready materials
- Collaborative, customer- and seller-centric approach
- Ability to influence across teams and drive accountability without direct authority
