About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to uncover trends and insights
  • Identify emerging issues and recommend solutions to address business challenges and support growth

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Be on track to receive a bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, or a related field of study by May 2027
  • MBA is a plus, but not required
  • Practical numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to manage large sets of information and data
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to work independently, meet key deadlines, and balance competing priorities
  • Candidates should have completed their studies in 2026 or expect to finish by May 2027
  • On-site availability in Dayton, Ohio
