About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in a structured two-year Executive Development Rotational Program with six-month rotational assignments
  • Collaborate with senior leadership teams on strategic projects and critical business initiatives
  • Work across rotational areas including Strategy, Pricing, Market Research, Business Development, Acquisitions and Integration, and Sales Channel Strategies
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and implementation plans
  • Analyze complex issues using data and business frameworks
  • Quantify financial impact and manage project timelines
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to build productive, collaborative teams
  • Present recommendations, implementation approaches, and action plans
  • Build alignment among key stakeholders
  • Support business leaders in implementing project findings and recommendations
  • Apply AI tools, business frameworks, and data-driven analysis to evaluate opportunities, quantify impact, and support execution
  • Participate in formal onboarding, on-the-job learning, networking, coaching, mentoring, and professional development
  • Pursue full-time opportunities across LexisNexis business units after successful program completion

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be on track to obtain a professional degree (MBA, JD, PhD, or MD) before the program start date
  • Completed professional degree studies in 2025 or 2026, or expected completion between August 2026 and May 2027
  • 5+ years of experience before completing the qualifying degree, including relevant academic, research, internship, entrepreneurial, or industry experience where applicable
  • Experience working in a Business-to-Business technology or consulting environment
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT
  • Data analysis skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others
  • Analytical and quantitative skills, including translating data into actionable insights and compelling business stories
  • Learning agility, leadership potential, business acumen, adaptability, accountability, and commitment to continuous growth and development
  • Experience in Finance, Strategy, Digital Marketing, Legal, or related fields is preferred
