Independently conduct price and contract negotiations, as well as annual business reviews
Ensure the timely availability of the product range
Develop the product range based on current trends and market conditions, with a regional and sustainable focus
Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers
Work closely with suppliers and related departments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed university degree or comparable qualification
Sound knowledge of the fresh-food sector, e.g., in the meat and meat products, game, poultry, or similar categories
Several years of experience in purchasing and/or sales for the international food retail sector
Results-oriented, structured, and organized approach to work
Strong team spirit
Very good command of German
Good command of English
High level of motivation, commitment, flexibility, and independence
