About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Reconcile payment data and ensure accurate and complete payroll processing
Conduct post-processing checks of payroll disbursements
Manage and resolve personnel accounts
Process individual and other payments related to HR
Monitor payroll metrics
Prepare statistics, including earnings surveys, trade tax apportionments, and labor cost surveys
Perform month-end and year-end closing for personnel costs
Collaborate with Payroll, Financial Accounting, and other departments
Act as a contact person for auditors and external parties

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed commercial or business administration training
Further training in financial accounting, payroll accounting, or accounting is an advantage
At least 2 years of professional experience in financial accounting or controlling
Sound understanding of accounting principles and payment processes
Proficiency in payroll/accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel
Structured, meticulous, and reliable way of working
Ability to maintain an overview when handling large volumes of data
