About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support strategic change initiatives across the LGT Wealth Management business, focusing on financial products implementation projects
  • Partner with business stakeholders and Business Owners to facilitate project initiation and define delivery approaches
  • Drive successful project outcomes and manage end-to-end delivery
  • Manage business and technology workstreams, milestones, risks, and dependencies
  • Facilitate Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and other team ceremonies
  • Foster high-performing, productive, and effective teams
  • Work with Senior Business Analysts and Business Owners to deliver prioritised initiatives
  • Facilitate initiative estimation with Business Analysts, Developers, and Quality Analysts
  • Develop project plans covering work, resourcing, scheduling, and budget planning
  • Coordinate initiatives across teams and manage dependencies, rhythms, and meeting cadences
  • Manage risk, quality, progress, scope, budget, and timelines
  • Deliver non-technical components including stakeholder engagement, communications, and business readiness
  • Communicate project deliverables and escalate issues affecting timelines or costs
  • Run Steering Committees and Working Groups
  • Plan and facilitate Big Room Planning/PI Sessions
  • Evaluate improvements for future projects and the delivery framework

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years Project Management experience
  • Experience delivering complex, cross functional projects in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience delivering projects using Agile project management methodology
  • 5+ years financial services experience, preferably wealth management
  • Experience in financial platforms, ideally Avaloq
  • Experience managing risk and compliance projects in a financial services environment
  • Knowledge of SDLC and change methodologies
  • Degree qualified
